摘 要:目的研究采用新加坡半定量风险评估技术对轮胎行业硫化烟气职业病危害因素进行评估,明确硫化烟气中各主要成分的风险等级。方法以山东某轮胎制造企业的硫化岗位为研究对象,对现场进行职业卫生调查、职业病危害因素检测等,运用该风险评价法对硫化岗位的各职业病危害因素进行风险评估。结果通过新加坡半定量风险评估得出轮胎企业硫化工接触二硫化碳和硫化氢的危险度值分别为2.8、3.2,故风险水平为"中等风险";其他化学物质的危险度值低于1.5,故风险水平较低。结论通过运用该风险评估技术能够明确硫化烟气中各主要成分的风险等级。[Objective]To assess the occupational hazard factor of sulfuration smoke in tyre manufacturing industry by Singapore semi-quantitative risk assessment,determine the risk level of the main components in the sulfuration smoke.[Methods] The sulfuration post in a tyre manufacturing enterprise of Shandong Province was selected as the investigation object. With the occupational health investigation and occupational hazard detection,the Singapore semi-quantitative risk assessment was used to evaluate the risk levels of occupational hazard factors at sulfuration post.[Results] By the Singapore semi-quantitative risk assessment,the risk value of carbon disulfide and hydrogen sulfide of sulfuration workers in tyre manufacturing enterprise was 2.8 and 3.2 respectively,which belonged to the medium risk,while the risk values of other chemicals were lower than 1.5,which belonged to the low risk.[Conclusion] Singapore semi-quantitative risk assessment can evaluate the risk level of the main components in the sulfuration smoke.
