摘　　要：染色体畸变检测是放射工作人员上岗前和离岗时的重要检查项目,检验的质量直接关系到检验结果的准确性,因此制定适合实验室的检测方法至关重要,实验过程中危险因素种类多、危害大,做好实验室生物安全危险因素的识别和防护至关重要,实验室应该做好生物安全管理工作,避免生物安全事件的发生。The chromosomal aberration test is an important part of occupational health examination before beginning work and dimission of the radiation workers. Because the quality of test is directly related to the accuracy of results,it is significant to establish the appropriate management system. There are a great number of risk factors in the process of experimental,so the identification and protection of laboratory biosafety risk factors are critical. The biosafety management of laboratory is crucial to prevent the biological safety events.
