摘　　要：针对烟气脱硫的过程,阐述了国内外固定盘水平带式真空过滤机的发展应用和主要参数。根据DJ型固定盘水平带式真空过滤机在烟气脱硫石膏脱水中的实际应用,证明其在烟气脱硫石膏脱水系统中,与橡胶带DU水平带式真空过滤机相比,单位面积能耗降低20%,环境友好、维修方便,是一种符合国家发展政策的新产品,可推广应用。According to the process of flue gas desulfurization（FGD）, the development, application and main parameters of horizontal belt vacuum filter were expounded. The practical application of DJ-type horizontal belt vacuum filter in gypsum dehydration of FGD proved that compared with the rubber belt DU-type horizontal vacuum filter, the energy consumption per unit filter area was reduced by 20%. This vacuum filter was environmental friendly and convenient to maintain, it was a new product conforming to the national development policy and suitable to be widely applied.
