摘　　要：党的十八大报告提出努力建设"美丽中国"的战略目标,在2013年中央一号文件中,提出了要建设"美丽乡村"的奋斗目标。美丽乡村标准化建设,对推进农业农村供给侧结构性改革、加快一二三产业融合发展,促进农民脱贫致富具有重要意义。本文从标准化的理论与实践的研究出发,分析了我国美丽乡村标准化的工作情况,为美丽乡村规划、建设、产业发展、公共服务、乡风文明和村务管理等方面提供先进的理论方向和可操作的实践方法。The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out a strategic goal to construct ＂＇beautiful China＂. The No.1 Central Document in 2013 proposed the goal to construct ＂beautiful village＂. The construction of beautiful village by standardization has a great significance of promoting supply-side structural reform in agriculture and rural area, accelerating the integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industries development, as well as helping farmers alleviate poverty. Based on the studies of theory and practice, the paper analyzes the working condition on national standardization of beautiful village, providing advanced theoretical direction and operational practice for the planning, construction, industry development, public service, civilization as well as management affairs of beautiful village.
