摘  要:借助ADSTEFAN铸造软件研究了铝合金齿轮箱体铸件的充型和凝固过程。根据初步的模拟结果和理论分析,改进了浇注系统和冒口分布等的设计。优化后的铸造工艺模拟表明,通过在预测的缺陷处合理放置冒口、保温套和冷铁等能对复杂铝合金箱体铸件进行有效补缩并基本消除缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷。Cavity filling and solidification process of gear box casting of aluminum alloy were investigated by means of an ADSTEFAN casting software. On the basis of the preliminary simulation results and theoretical analysis, the designs of gating system and riser distribution were improved. From the simulated results of optimized casting process it was showed that complex aluminum alloy gear box casting may be effectively fed during pouring, and its casting defects such as shrinkage and porosity may be eliminated, by adoption of measures such as reasonably placing riser, hot top, and chiller in predicted defect.
