摘　　要：对传统的触棒材料在实际磁粉检验中存在的弊端进行了分析。结合实际检验的需求，研发了一种新型的磁粉检验用触棒材料。这种新型磁粉检验触棒材料既具有传统材料的优点，又能有效弥补磁粉检验操作中传统材料的不足，值得推广应用于铸件的磁粉检验。Deficiencies in actual magnetic particle testing which is done by a prod made of traditional material were analyzed. On the basis of actual requirements for the magnetic particle testing, a new type material from which the prod used in magnetic particle testing is made has been developed. This new prod material not only possesses advantage of traditional material but also can remedy deficiency of traditional material in actual inspection handling, being worth being widely applied to magnetic particle testing for castings.
