采用水玻璃制壳工艺铸造的青铜艺术铸件缺陷及其预防措施

摘　　要：采用水玻璃砂制壳工艺铸造的青铜艺术铸件的缺陷主要有：表面桔子皮（也称蛤蟆皮）、表面蚁孔、黏砂、夹砂、铜豆、毛刺及胀壳等。对产生这些缺陷的原因进行了分析。根据分析结果和多年来积累的生产经验，提出了相应的预防措施，取得了良好的实际效果。Bronze art castings produced by a sodium silicate sand molding process will create many defects, such as tangerine skin （or frog skin）, ant hole, sand burning, sand inclusion, copper beans, barb, swelling, etc. The reasons why these defects form were analyzed. On the basis of the analysis results and experience accumulated in the production in many years some precautions against the defects were given, producing good results.
