摘  要:目的观察Ⅰ型糖尿病大鼠不同时期近端肾小管钠钾ATP酶活性变化。方法将雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组(NC)和糖尿病模型组(DM)0 d、3 d、1 w、2 w、4 w、6 w、8 w组,以琏脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导产生糖尿病大鼠模型,NC组大鼠腹腔注射等容量枸橼酸缓冲液。检测各组大鼠血糖、体重及肾近端小管钠钾ATP酶活性。结果成模后DM各组大鼠体重明显减轻,血糖升高,近端肾小管钠钾ATP酶活性升高,均明显高于NC组。DM组大鼠1周后各组间比较无明显差异。结论糖尿病大鼠近端肾小管钠钾ATP酶活性在成模后1周达高峰,其后维持在较高水平且高于正常大鼠。Objective To investigate the changes of Na+,K+-ATPase activity in renal proximal tubules type I diabetic rats at different stages. Methods Establish Strptozotocin (STZ) inducing diabitic rats ,which were randomized into control and model group (3 d. 1 w. 2 w. 4 w. 6 w. 8 w),and test blood sugar, weight and changing of the proximal tubular sodium potassium ATP enzyme activity. Results Compare with control rats,DM rats have high blood sugar and weight loss, proximal tubular sodium potassium ATP enzyme activity increases,which were significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0.05).The sodium potassium enzyme activity increases to the higher around 1 week, stabilizing after long in DM rats. Conclusion The activity of sodium-potassium ATP enzyme in the proximal tubule of diabetic rats peaked at 1 weeks after modeling, and then maintained at a higher level and higher than that in normal rats.
