摘  要:从波叶大黄中提取得波叶大黄多糖(RHP)。RHP(0.2%和0.1%)能明显延长两性果蝇的平均寿命和最高寿命;RHP(100和200 mg/kg)可增加12月龄小鼠红细胞内和脑中SOD活力,降低心肌组织中脂褐质含量,降低肝组织中过氧化脂质含量,抑制脑中B型单胺氧化酶活力;RHP还可增加2—3月龄小鼠的游泳耐力和耐缺氧能力,表明RHP有较明显的延缓衰老作用。The polysaccharide from Rheum hotaoense (RHP) increased the average life-span of Drosophila melanogaster by 41.9% (♀), 48.8% (♂) and by 27.4% (♀), 12.8% (♂), respectively, with po 0.2% and 0.1%. With the doses of 100 and 200 mg/kg by ip administration for 30 days, RHP increased the SOD activity of crythrocyte in mice by 77.4% and 84.0%; the SOD activity of brain by 57.9% (only with the dose of 100 mg/kg); RHP decreased the lipofusin content of heart in mice by 24.2% and 13.0% and the lipid peroxides by 37.3% and 42.3%; RHP inhibited the MAO-B activity of brain in mice by 26.30% and 73.4% respectively as compared with control group. With the doses of 100 and 200 mg/kg by ip administration for 7 days, RHP prolonged the average survival time in mice in water by 31.9% and 86.4% respectively as compared with control group. RHP increased the average time of mice in lack of oxygen by 39.2% and 104.3% respectively as compared with control group.; It is suggested that RHP possessed the anti ageing effects.
