医学生就业状况调查报告——以新疆医科大学2016届毕业生调查为例

摘　　要：本报告以新疆医科大学2016届本、专科大学毕业生800人为对象,采用网络调查的方式,根据分析和学生反馈,提出学校应发挥政策引导作用,对未就业学生跟踪和帮扶;进行毕业生薪酬调研,切实维护毕业生权益;加强教学实践环节,增强师生间沟通和交流;完善就业服务,提高职业规划与就业指导质量等意见。Based on the data obtained by stratification sampling the report focused on the Xinjiang Medical University college students who graduated in 2016. Using the network survey, the article investigated and analysed the college students employment destination, starting salary, satisfication with their jobs, unemployed students, ideas about education and training and so on. According to the above results, the researchers gave some suggestions that University should strengthen the policy guide ,that maintain the graduates＇ rights and interests ,that strengthen the practice effect and improving the quality of employment service etc.
