摘 要:以60kV双断口直流真空断路器为研究对象,通过对30 kV单断口直流真空断路器不同频率下换流回路中电容、电感值进行优化为研究基础,得到不同电容值与弧后电流,电流过零时间的关系,综合考虑成本经济因素,为满足合适的开断性能提供参考。选取单断口换流回路的最佳电容、电感值对双断口开断过程进行仿真,对比分析各个频率下双断口直流真空断路器主断口瞬态恢复电压上升规律及弧后电流下降率影响,提高双断口直流真空断路器开断性能。Herein,we addressedthe novel DC60 k V double-break vacuum circuit breaker( VCB),comprising two 30 k V/15 k A single break VCB connected in series,an LC circuit and two zinc-oxide lightning arresters for energy absorption. First,the impact of the capacitance and inductance of commutation circuit of a 30 k V single-break VCB at different frequencies,on thepost-arc current and zero-crossing timewas analytically investigated to find the optimized inductance and capacitance at the lowest budget. Next,the commutation circuit of the 60 k V double-break with the newly optimized LC was modeled for simulation. Finally,the opening of the optimized DC60 k V doublebreak VCB at different frequencies was simulated. The frequency-dependent transient recovery voltage across the main circuit-branch and decrease-rate of the post-arc current were calculated. The simulated results show that the post-arc current decreases fastest at 5000 Hz,reliably satisfying the requirement of double-break VCB.
