摘　　要：耳垂皱褶是耳垂上的一条斜形皱纹。研究表明耳垂皱褶与冠心病的发展成正相关,但确切的发展机制尚不十分明确。作者根据国内外的相关报道,从中医、西医两个方向,对其研究进展进行了系统论述。The ear crest is a oblique wrinkle on the earlobe. Studies have shown that ear wrinkles are positively re- lated to the development of coronary heart disease, but the exact mechanism of development is not yet clear. According to the relevant reports around the world, the author makes a systematic discussion on the progress of Chinese medicine and western medicine.
