摘　　要：目的:分析刘丽教授诊治输卵管炎性不孕症遣方用药规律,总结出刘丽教授治疗输卵管炎性不孕症的用药经验和治疗大法。方法:筛选和收集2015年9月-2016年8月黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院刘丽教授诊治输卵管炎性不孕症的204张处方并建立资料数据库,利用Excel软件及SPSS软件对这些处方用药进行用药频次和聚类统计分析。结果:204张处方中,累计使用中药85味,总结出治疗输卵管炎性不孕症的核心药物21味,涉及十类不同功效的药物,使用频率较高的五类中药为活血祛瘀药、清热药、化痰药、补虚药、利水渗湿药。结论:刘丽教授认为"瘀"是导致不孕的关键,更是导致输卵管炎性不孕的重要因素。其处方中重点应用延胡索、桃仁、莪术、赤芍、牡丹皮等活血祛瘀的药物,体现了其从瘀论治不孕的中心思想。治疗输卵管炎性不孕症的基本治疗大法为活血化瘀,行气止痛。Objective： To analyze Professor LIU Li＇ s prescriptions on the treatment of salpingitis infertility and summarize the experience of professor LIU Li＇ s treatment of tubal infertility. Methods： A total of 204 prescriptions for the diagnosis and treatment of tubal infertility caused by Professor LIU Li from the first affiliated hospital of Heilongji- ang university of Chinese medicine between Sept. 2015 and Feb. 2016 were established and data were created. Excel and SPSS were used to analyze the prescriptions. Drug use frequency and cluster statistical analysis. Results： Among the 204 prescriptions, 85 drugs were used in the prescription, and 21 drugs were used as the core drugs to treat infertil- ity caused by salpingitis infertility. Involving ten different types of drugs.The use of high frequency of the five catego- ries of Chinese medicine were heat-clearing drugs, Stasis drugs, phlegm drugs, tonic drugs, diuresis drugs. Conclusion： Professor LIU Li believes that ＂stasis＂ is the key factor leading to infertility, and it is also an important factor leading to infertility of fallopian tube. The prescription focus on the application of Yanhusuo （Corydalis）, Taoren （Peach seed）, Ezhu （Curcuma）, Chishao （Red peony）, Mudanpi （Peony skin） and other blood stasis of drugs, reflecting the treatment of infertility from the central idea of stasis. Treatment of tubal infertility is based on ＂Huoxue Huayu, methods. Xingqi Zhitong＂
