针刺腰阳关、命门、百会穴治疗阳虚便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺腰阳关、命门、百会对阳虚便秘的疗效。方法:将80例阳虚便秘患者按编码1~80分为双数和单数,双数为治疗组、单数为对照组,治疗组采用针刺腰阳关等穴进行治疗,每日1次,10次为一疗程,对照组采用传统口服药物、开塞露、按摩等治疗,为了探究其治疗效果,把患者治疗后是否出现排便频繁,排便不尽,排便费力,排便时间增加等状况统计成问卷评分表,观察两组评分比,对比疗效。结果:患者经过治疗后,大便情况明显改善,各项分数中排便不畅等状况和与之相关的生活质量均较治疗前有明显改善(均P<0.01),总体而言,有效的比率为82.5%。结论:针刺腰阳关、命门、百会治疗阳虚便秘疗效确切,值得临床借鉴。Objective： To observe the curative effect of acupuncture on Baihui, Yaoyangguan, Mingmen Yang defi- ciency constipation.Method： 80 cases of Yang deficiency and constipation patients according to 1-80 encoding divided into singular and singular, dual, singular treatment group as control group, the treatment group were treated by Acu- puncture and acupoints Yaoyangguan treatment, 1 times a day, 10 times for a course of treatment, the control group used the traditional oral medicine, Enema Glycerini, such as massage therapy, in order to explore its therapeutic ef- fect the patients after treatment, whether there is endless, frequent defecation, defecation, defecation time increase statistics questionnaire score, scores of the two groups than observation, curative effect.Results： Patients after treat- ment, the stool was improved and the scores in the defecation status and related quality of life was significantly im- proved than before treatment （P〈O.01）. The overall effective rate was 82.5%.Conclusion： Acupuncture Yaoyangguan, Mingmen, Baihui treatment Yang constipation curative effect, worthy of clinical reference.
