中药降酶汤联合西医改善慢性脂肪肝、酒精肝患者肝功能、血脂及肝纤维化中临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药降酶汤联合西医治疗对慢性脂肪肝、酒精肝患者肝功能、血脂及肝纤维化指标的改善作用。方法:选取70例慢性脂肪肝、酒精肝患者,随机分为对照组(常规西医保肝治疗)与观察组(中西医联合治疗),每组各35例,疗程结束后对临床疗效、肝功能指标、血脂及肝纤维化指标进行统计分析。结果:观察组治疗有效率94.3%,明显高于对照组65.7%(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组肝功能指标(ALT、AST、GGT、ALP)、血脂指标(TC、TG)与肝纤维化指标(HA、LN)均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药降酶汤联合西医治疗可显著改善慢性脂肪肝、酒精肝患者肝功能,调节血脂与肝纤维化水平,疗效确切值得推广。Objective： To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Jiangmei decoction combined with west- ern medicine on liver function, blood lipid and liver fibrosis in chronic fatty liver and alcoholic liver. Method： 70 pa- tients with chronic fatty liver and alcoholic liver were randomly divided into control group （conventional western medi- cine hepatoprotective therapy） and observation group （combined treatment of Chinese and western medicine）, 35 cases in each group, after treatment, clinical efficacy, liver function, And liver fibrosis index were analyzed statistically. Re- suits： The effective rate of the treatment group was 94.3%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （65.7%, P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the liver function indexes （ALT, AST, GGT, ALP） ） And hepatic fibrosis index （HA, LN） were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Traditional Chinese medicine Jiangmei decoction combine western medicine can significantly improve liver function and regulate blood lipid and liver fibrosis in patients with chronic fatty liver and alcohol liver. The curative effect is worthy of promotion.
