胃痞消治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(脾胃虚弱)随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察胃痞消治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(脾胃虚弱)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将86例住院患者按就诊顺序号简单随机分两组;严格控制饮食、嘱咐患者戒烟戒酒、调节心理状况等。对照组43例胃复春片,4片/次,三餐前30min口服。治疗组43例胃痞消(太子参15g,黄芪、白术各12g,丹参15g,白花蛇舌草9g;伴有呃逆嗳气加苏梗9g,沉香6g;伴有烧心、反酸加海螵蛸、浙贝母各6g,瓦楞子9g;伴有便秘加厚朴12g,火麻仁9g,枳实15g;伴有伤食神曲9g,莱菔子炒12g);1剂/d,水煎500m L,早晚口服。连续治疗12周为1疗程。观测临床症状、症状积分(上腹痛或腹胀、嗳气反酸、早饱、恶心呕吐)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈13例,显效19例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率95.30%;对照组痊愈9例,显效15例,有效11例,无效8例,总有效率81.40%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。症状积分(上腹痛或腹胀、嗳气反酸、早饱、恶心呕吐)治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]胃痞消治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(脾胃虚弱),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the new stomach disappear in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis （loose） the curative effect. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 86 cases of hospitalized patients in clinic simple serial number randomly divided into two groups; A strict diet, instructing patients to give up smoking and drinking, adjust the patients psychological status, etc. The control group, 43 cases of stomach after spring, 4/time, 30 min before meals. Treatment group 43 cases of gastric new elimination （Prince Edward Participation 15g, Astragalus, Atractylodes 12g, Salvia 15g, Hedyotis diffusa 9g; accompanied by hiccups belly add saddle Terrier 9g, incense 6g; accompanied by heartburn, anti-acid add octopus, Zhejiang Fritillaria 6g, corrugated Sub-9g; accompanied by constipation plus thick Pu 12g, hemp kernel 9g, citrus aurantium 15g; accompanied by injury gods song 9g, fried radish seed 12g） Fried radish seed; I/d, boiling water 500 ml, oral sooner or later. For treatment of 12 weeks for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and symptom integral （abdominal pain or abdominal distention, belching, acid, early enough, nausea and vomiting）, adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [Result] The treatment group cure 13 cases, 19 cases were markedly effective, effective 9 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 95.30%; Control group cure 9 cases, 15 cases were markedly effective, effective in 11 cases, 8 no effect, the total effective rate was 81.40%; The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Symptoms integral （abdominal pain or abdominal distention, belching, acid, early enough, nausea and vomiting） treatment group is better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Stomach. [Conclusion] The new treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis （loose）, curative effect is satisfied, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
