柴胡疏肝散联合多潘立酮+维酶素治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察柴胡疏肝散联合多潘立酮+维酶素治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组30例多潘立酮,10mg/次,3次/d;维酶素,0.8g/次,3次/d,饭前15~30min口服。治疗组30例柴胡疏肝散:党参15g,柴胡、白芍、赤芍、半夏、白术各12g,枳壳、川芎、黄莲、川楝子各9g,炙甘草6g,水煎400m L,1剂/d,早晚分服;气虚加黄芪,胃阴不足加百合、麦冬,血瘀加五灵脂、丹参,泛酸加青皮、佛手、香橼,食积加焦三仙;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗3个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、胃黏膜状况、不良反应。治疗1疗程(3个月),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈8例,有效15例,无79例,总有效率76.67%;对照组痊愈14例,有效15例,无效1例,总有效率96.67%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]柴胡疏肝散联合多潘立酮+维酶素治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe Chaihushugansan combined with Domperidone＋Vitacoenzyme Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis. [Methods] 60 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random parallel control method. The control group of 30 cases of domperidone, 10 rag/times, 3 times/d; vitacoenzyme, 0.Sg, 3/d, 15-30 rain orally before meals. The treatment group of 30 cases of Chaihushugansan： 15g dangshen, bupleurum, Radix Paeoniae Alba, radix paeoniae rubra, pinellia tuber, Atractylodes 12g, Fructus aurantii, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Coptis chinensis, Kawa Ko 9g, licorice 6g, 400mL decoction, 1 doses of/d, sooner or later the service; Qi Astragalus, stomach yin deficiency and blood stasis with lily, Ophiopogon japonicus, wulingzhi five plus, Salvia miltiorrhiza, pantothenic acid, bergamot, citron peel, indigestion plus jiaosanxian; westernmedicinewiththecontrolgroup. Continuous treatment for 3 months for the 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, gastric mucosal status, adverse reactions. Treatment of 1 courses （3 months）, to determine the efficacy. [Results] 8 cases were cured, 15 cases were effective, no 79 cases, the total effective rate was 76.67%; the control group cured 14 cases, effective 15 cases, invalid 1 cases, the total effective rate was 96.67%; the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Chaihushugansan combined with domperidone and vitacoenzyme treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis, satisfactory curative effect, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
