壮骨片联合脉冲电磁场治疗老年骨质疏松症随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察壮骨片联合脉冲电磁场治疗老年骨质疏松症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50例住院患者按就诊顺序编号法简单随机分为两组。对照组25例鲑鱼降钙素50IU/次,1次/d,肌注。治疗组25例壮骨片(鹿茸、人参、当归、生地、补骨脂、续断、白术、山茱萸、枸杞子、鹿角霜、制首乌、三七、地龙、煅牡蛎等),4片/次,2次/d;脉冲电磁场治疗,磁场强度6~8档,频率8~12Hz,变频方式:40min/次,1次/d。连续治疗3个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、腰椎骨密度、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组完全缓解5例,部分缓解16例,轻度缓解3例,无效1例,总有效率84.00%;对照组完全缓解1例,部分缓解7例,轻度缓解14例,无效3例,总有效率32.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。腰椎骨密度两组均有改善(P<0.01);治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]壮骨片联合脉冲电磁场治疗老年骨质疏松症,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the Zhuanggu Tablets combined with pulsed electromagnetic field effect in treating senile osteoporosis. [Methods] 50 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order number of the medical treatment. The control group of 25 cases of salmon calcitonin 50IU/, 1/d,intramuscular injection. Treatment group of 25 cases of Zhuanggu tablets （pilose antler, ginseng, Chinese angelica, rehmannia, Fructus Psoraleae, Himalayan teasel root, white atractylodes rhizome, Comus officinalis, medlar, deglued antler powder, Radix Polygoni Muhiflori, Panax notoginseng, earthworm, calcined oyster）, 4 tablets/time, 2 times daily; pulsed electromagnetic field therapy, setting the magnetic field intensity is 6 and 8 files, frequency 8~12 Hz, frequency conversion mode： 40 inin/time, 1 times daily. Continuous treatment for 3 months for the 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, lumbar bone density, adverse reaction. Treatment of 1 courses of treatment, determine efficacy. [Results] in treatment group, the complete remission in 5 cases, 16 cases of partial remission, mild to ease in 3 cases, i case was ineffective, efficiency 84.00%; complete remission in 1 cases, partial remission in 7 cases and slight relief in 14 cases, 3 cases were ineffective, the total efficiency of 32.00%; the treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group （P〈O.05）. The BMD of lumbar spine was improved in the two groups （P〈0.O1）, and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion[ Zhuanggu Tablets combined with pulsed electromagnetic fields in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporosis, and the results were satisfactory. No serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
