温针灸+穴位贴敷治疗肾阳虚型阳痿随机平行对照研究  

Randomized Parallel Control Study of warming Acupuncture Plus Acupoint Sticking Therapy on Impotence of Kidney Yang Deficiency

摘　　要：[目的]观察温针灸+穴位贴敷治疗肾阳虚型阳痿疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将88例门诊患者按方法简单随机分为两组。对照组44例肾宝合剂,10~20m L/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组44例温针灸+穴位贴敷,温针灸:肾俞、命门、关元、气海、神阙、三阴交、商阳、太溪、筑宾,取1.5寸以上毫针刺入,得气后留针于针柄上或裹以纯艾绒艾团,取约2cm长之艾条一段套在针柄(无论艾团、艾条均应距皮肤2~3cm),从下端点燃施灸;贴敷药膏(小茴香、炮干姜、蜂房、五倍子、白芷,共研细末,加食盐少许,用蜂蜜或蛋清调为稀糊状):取肾俞、命门、关元、气海、三阴交、太溪、涌泉,用透皮贴外敷于相应穴位处。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、IIEF-5评分、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程(21d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈20例,显效10例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率90.91%;对照组痊愈12例,显效15例,有效2例,无效15例,总有效率65.91%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。IIEF-5评分两组均有改善(P<0.01,P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]温针灸+穴位贴敷治疗肾阳虚型阳痿,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of warming acupuncture plus acupoint sticking therapy on impotence of kidney Yang deficiency. [Methods] using random parallel control method, 88 outpatients were divided into two groups according to the method. The control group consisted of 44 cases, 10 times 20 mL/times, 3 times/d orally. The treatment group of 44 cases with acupuncture and moxibustion＋acupoint, acupuncture and Moxibustion： Shenshu, Mingmen, Guan Yuan, Shenque, Qihai, Shang Yang, Sanyinjiao, Taixi, Zhubin, 1.5 inch needles, was left after the gas on the needle handle or wrap the YISHION moxa Ai Group, about 2cm long moxa a section on the needle handle （whether Ai Group, moxa stick from the skin should be 2~3cm）, from the lower end light moxibustion; sticking creams （ginger, fennel, gun hives, gallnut, angelica, joint research to fine, add a little salt, with honey or egg white to paste）： take Shenshu, Mingmen, Guanyuan, Qihai, Sanyinjiao, Taixi, Yongquan, with transdermal topical on the corresponding acupuncture point. Continuous treatment with 7d was the 1 course of treatment. Clinical symptoms, IIEF-5 scores and adverse reactions were observed. Continuous treatment for 3 courses （21d）, to determine the efficacy. [Results] the treatment group 20 cases were cured, 10 cases markedly effective, 10 cases effective, 4 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 90.91%; control group 12 cases were cured, 15 cases markedly effective, 2 cases effective, 15 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 65.91%; the treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. The IIEF-5 scores were improved in the two groups （P 〈0.01, P〈0.05）, and the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈O.01）. [Conclusion] Warming acupuncture plus acupoint sticking therapy is effective for the treatment of impotence of kidney yang deficiency, and has no serious adverse reactions. It is worth popularizing.
