摘　　要：半夏泻心汤系张仲景首创辛开苦降法,出自《伤寒论》,主寒热错杂心下痞,在上之呕吐,于中之痞满,在下之肠鸣或泄泻,乃斡旋中焦代表方剂,"辛开苦降调气机,甘温调补扶正气",配伍严谨,具有辛开苦降、协调升降,寒温并投、调和阴阳,扶正祛邪、并理虚实等特点,后世苦辛宣泄、苦降辛开、苦降辛通等法实源于此,多以辛味之姜夏,苦味之芩连,甘味之参草枣五味阐发。李东垣中满分消丸、枳实消痞丸均仿效衍化而来,温病学派叶天士分消走泄法、吴鞠通加味人参汤等都受到"辛开苦降甘温调补"思想影响。药理研究证实具有双向调节胃运动、抑制HP活性、保护胃黏膜屏障,促进黏膜细胞再生、增强体液免疫、提高机体耐氧能力、直接作用于消化系统及通过介导脑内情感系统和中枢抑制作用而发挥抗溃疡功效,广泛应用于急慢性胃炎、顽固性呕吐、慢性肠炎、结肠炎、消化性溃疡、消化不良、胃肠功能紊乱、慢性肝炎、口腔溃疡、妊娠恶阻、梅尼埃病、小儿久泻等属脾胃升降不利,寒热错杂者。The Banxia Xiexin Decoction is Zhang Zhongjing＇s first decoction and bitter cut method.
