摘　　要：[目的]观察中医饮食护理对骨髓增生异常综合征病人癌因性疲乏的影响。[方法]采用PIPER疲乏量表中文修订版(RPFS)问卷、贝克抑郁自评量表中第十八项对于食欲的分级评分、阿森斯睡眠量表共3个量表进行观察,应用随机、对照、问卷式的临床试验设计。按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各30例,试验组根据中医辨证分型给予中医饮食护理结合综合护理干预;对照组给予临床常规护理。[结果]通过对骨髓增生异常综合征病人干预前后的比较得出,有效的中医饮食护理对改善病人食欲、睡眠障碍及缓解骨髓增生异常综合征病人的癌因性疲乏是有效的。[结论]中医饮食护理对骨髓增生异常综合征病人癌因性疲乏具有显著的改善作用。Objective：To observe the effect of Chinese dietary nursing on cancer-related fatigue in patients with myelodysplastic syndromes and probe into the impact of TCM diet care on the cancer related fatigue of patients with MDS.Methods：Three scale including the PIPER fatigue scale Chinese Revised Edition（RPFS）questionnaire,Eighteenth of Beck depression self rating scale for appetite score,Athens sleep scale were used to observe,randomized,controlled,questionnaire clinical trial design was applied.The experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine diet nursing according to syndrome differentiation of TCM,combined with comprehensive nursing intervention,while the control group was given routine nursing.Results：Through the comparison of patients with myelodysplastic syndrome before and after intervention,effective diet nursing of traditional Chinese medicine can improve patients’ appetite,sleep disorders and relieve cancer-related fatigue.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine diet care can significantly release the cancer-related fatigue of patients with myelodysplastic syndrome.
