摘　　要：《合同节水管理技术通则》(GB/T 37149—2017)、《项目节水量计算导则》(GB/T 37148—2017)和《项目节水评估技术导则》(GB/T 37147—2017)3项合同节水管理国家标准已编制完成并即将颁布,将为合同节水管理项目的规范化实施提供技术支撑。针对上述标准制定的背景、标准主要内容及标准实施的意义进行解析,可为准确把握标准内涵及正确使用标准提供参考。The Chinese national standards'General technical rules for water-saving contract'(GB/T 37149—2017) 'Guidelines for calculation of water saving by projects'(GB/T37148—2017)and'Technical guidelines for water saving assessment'(GB/T 37147—2017)will be published officially.They will provide technical support for the standardization of water-saving contract projects.The establishment of background,main contents and implementation significance of the above standards are analyzed so as to provide references for accurately grasping the connotation of the standards and using the standards correctly.
