摘　　要：农村养老政策的实施与农村养老保障力度的加大对提升农村居民养老水平与完善中国养老保障体系起到了积极作用,但在养老方式、养老金、养老设施等方面仍存在问题,使农村地区老年居民的养老需求得不到满足。解决农村养老问题,要在了解农村地区老年居民真实养老方式与养老需求的基础上,制定农村养老规划、发展农村养老产业、完善农村养老设施,使农村地区养老保障水平不断提高。The implementation of rural pension policy and the strengthening of rural old-age security effort play a positive role in promoting rural residents＇ pension level and completing the pension system in China. However there exist some problems in pension,endowment mode and facilities for the elders which fail to meet the needs of elderly residents in rural areas. To solve the problems,it is important to understand the actual endowment modes and real demand of rural elderly residents. Only by doing that can rural old-age pension plan be made,pension industry in rural areas be developed and rural old-age pension facilities and its protection level be improved.
