摘  要:通过熔融共混法制备了聚氯乙烯(PVC)电缆料,研究了新型环保增塑剂二乙酰环氧植物油甘油酯(HM-828)对PVC的增塑效果及其增塑机理。结果表明,HM-828对PVC树脂具有良好的增塑作用,加入50份(质量份,下同)的HM-828可使PVC树脂的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)由80℃降低到-20℃;加入35~50份的HM-828,PVC电缆料热老化前后的力学性能、热稳定性、电绝缘性等各项指标均达到GB/T 8815—2008标准的要求,且耐溶剂抽提性,高低温析出性能优良。In this paper,poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC)cable materials were prepared by melt blending,and plasticizing effect of a plant-based plasticizer,Diacetyl epoxidized vegetable-oil acids glyceride(HM-828),on PVC was investigated,and its plasticizing mechanisms were studied.The results indicated that HM-828 exhibited a high plasticizing efficiency for PVC,and it significantly reduced the glass transition temperature of PVC from 80to-20 ℃ at a loading of 50 phr.Incorporation of 35~50phr HM-828 into PVC could make mechanical properties,thermal stability and electrical resistance meet the reguirements of national standard of GB/T 8815—2008.The resulting PVC compounds also achieved a significant enhancement in solvent extraction resistance and precipitation resistance at both a high and low temperature.
