摘  要:宽通道板式热交换器已在含固体、晶体、纤维、浆状物质及高黏度介质的流体余热回收场合中得到了广泛的应用。传统的可拆卸宽通道板式热交换器由于耐温、耐压受到垫片性质决定,应用场合很受局限。已开发的全焊接宽通道板式热交换器虽在个别领域应用,但传热元件承压能力低并且制造成本高的缺点导致其很难广泛推广应用。笔者开发的激光焊无触点宽通道板式热交换器不但具有承压高的显著特点,而且采用的可拆卸模块化设计可以大幅降低检维修成本,具有广泛的推广应用前景。Wide channel plate heat exchangers had been widely used in the fluid containing solid , crystal , fiber , paste material and high viscosity medium fluid in the waste heat recovery situation . Heat resistance and pressure resistance of traditional removable wide channel plate heat ex -changers is very limited related to the properties of the gasket . A newly developed full welded plate heat exchanger had been applied in the field of individual , but it was difficult to vigorously promote attributing to heat transfer component low bearing capacity and high manufacturing costs . Laser welding wide channel plate heat exchangers were developed by author , it had the advantages that high pressure resistance and removable modular design are adopted to reduce the maintenance cost . These equipments had been used successfully in the waste sugar water heat recovery , and its results show that the equipments have a good application prospect .
