摘 要:电感耦合等离子体质谱/原子发射光谱(ICP-MS/AES)作为一种有效的元素及其形态分析技术,在生命科学、材料科学、食品科学、环境科学等领域中有广泛的应用。应该注意的是进样技术对于改善分析方法的性能起着重要的作用。同时也是分析科学中最活跃的研究课题之一。本文对ICP-MS/AES的进样技术进行了综述,包括溶液雾化、悬浮体雾化、氢化物发生、激光剥蚀、电热蒸发等,并对相关方法的特点进行了评述。; As an effective analysis technique of elements and their speciation, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry/atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-MS/AES) has been widely applied in life science, material sci-ence, food science, environmental science and other fields. It should be noted that the sample introduction tech-nique for ICP-MS/AES plays an important role in improvement of the analytical performance. Meanwhile, it is also one of the most active research subjects in analytical sciences. In this paper, the sample introduction techniques for ICP-MS/AES were reviewed,including liquid nebulization,slurry nebulization, hydride generation, laser ablation, electrothermal vaporization, and so on. In addition, the characteristics of these methods were discussed.
