摘　　要：[目的]构建老年护理院护理安全质量敏感性指标,为护理院护理安全质量评价与监测提供参考。[方法]通过循证方法初拟老年护理院护理安全质量敏感性指标,运用德尔菲专家咨询法确定护理安全质量敏感性指标。[结果]两轮专家咨询积极系数都为100%,权威系数为0.87,第2轮专家咨询后变异系数为0.00~0.21,专家协调系数为0.104~0.226;构建了包括跌倒发生率、坠床(椅)发生率、压疮发生率、非计划性拔管发生率、约束具使用率、抑郁症发生率、多重用药发生率等14项老年护理院护理安全质量敏感性指标。[结论]基于循证方法及德尔菲专家咨询法构建的老年护理院护理安全质量敏感性指标符合科学性与实用性原则,可用于评价老年护理院的护理安全质量。Objective: To establish nursing safety quality sensitivity index of elderly nursing home,and provide references for nursing safety and quality evaluation and monitoring in nursing home.Methods: Through the evidence-based method,nursing safety quality sensitivity index of elderly nursing home was derived and it was determined by Delphi expert consultation method.Results: Two rounds of expert consultation positive coefficient were 100%,the authority coefficient was0.87.The coefficient of variation of the second round of expert consultation was 0.00 ~ 0.21,and the expert coordination coefficient was 0.104 ~ 0.226.Including the incidence of fall,the incidence of falling bed( chair),the incidence of pressure sores,the incidence of unplanned extubation,the use of constraints,the incidence of depression,the incidence of multiple medication and other 14 elderly nursing home nursing safety quality sensitivity index.Conclusions: Based on the evidence-based method and the Delphi expert consultation method,the nursing safety quality sensitivity index of elderly nursing home was in line with the scientific and practical principle,which could be used to evaluate the nursing safety quality of the elderly nursing home.
