摘　　要：为加强和规范党内政治生活,解决"关键少数"监督难的问题,提出"关键少数"落实党内监督,必须标准高、要求严、更自觉,以确保全局性、决定性引领作用;必须有力度、有质量、见成效,以推进党的建设新的伟大工程;必须主动作为、积极有为,以营造和维护党内政治生活新常态。To standardize political life in the party and implement ＂critical minority＂supervision,the paper puts forward following suggestions for implementing inner-party supervision： be high-standard,strict,and conscious to ensure global and decisive guiding role,be powerful,quality,and effective to promote the new great project of party construction,and be proactive and positive to build and protect the new normal of political life in the party.
