摘　　要：总结了脑卒中延续护理国内外目前的研究现状,通过检索国内外近年文献,对延续护理的概念认识、延续护理的研究方法、国内目前对延续护理存在的不足等方面进行综述,希望为今后进行慢性病管理的护理研究提供借鉴,也提升公众对脑卒中延续护理的认识。This article summarized the research status quo of continuous care for stroke patients in China and abroad.By searching literature in recent years,it reviewed continuous care from aspects of the knowledge and concept,research methods,present shortage in China and so on.It aimed to provide a reference for nursing research on chronic disease management and promote the public＇s understanding in continuous care for stroke patients.
