消渴目病中西医结合临床护理路径表的构建

摘　　要：[目的]构建一套科学、规范、实用的消渴目病中西医结合临床护理路径。[方法]采用目的抽样方法选取16名消渴目病相关领域的医疗、护理专家作为咨询对象,通过病例回顾、文献查阅初步构建临床护理路径的框架,经课题组讨论修订后形成专家咨询问卷,再应用德尔菲法对选定专家进行两轮德尔菲法咨询。[结果]两轮咨询问卷回收率均为100%,权威系数为0.82,协调系数为0.34~0.70,两轮专家咨询后,专家意见趋于一致,经课题组讨论修订形成消渴目病中西医结合临床护理路径表。[结论]两轮咨询结果可靠,所构建的消渴目病中西医结合临床护理路径表具有一定的科学性。Objective：To construct a set of scientific,standardized and practical clinical nursing path combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for diabetic retinopathy.Methods：A total of 16 medical and nursing experts in the fields related to diabetic retinopathy were selected as the object of consultation according to the purposive sampling method.Through the case review and literature review,the framework of the clinical nursing path was established,and the expert consultation questionnaire was formed after revision.Then apply the Delphi method to conduct two rounds of consultation among the selected experts.Results：The recovery rate of the two rounds of questionnaires was 100%,the authority coefficient was 0.82,and the coordination coefficient was 0.34-0.70.After two rounds of expert consultation,the experts＇ opinions were consistent,and the clinical nursing path table combined with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for diabetic retinopathy was constructed after the discussion and revision among the subject team.Conclusions：The results of two rounds of expert consultation were reliable,and the clinical nursing path table combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine for diabetic retinopathy had certain scientificity.
