摘　　要：目的评价协同护理模式对心内科患者自我护理能力及相关指标的影响。方法计算机检索Pub Med、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据库,纳入有关常规护理对比协同护理模式对心内科收治患者自我护理能力及相关指标影响的随机对照试验(RCT)。按照纳入标准选择文献、提取资料,并依据Cochrane干预系统评价手册质量评价标准评价纳入RCT的质量,采用Stata 12.0软件对结果进行统计分析。结果纳入15篇随机对照试验,共1966例患者。Meta分析结果显示,与常规出院护理相比,协同护理模式可提高患者自我护理能力[SMD=2.38,95%CI(1.59~3.16),P<0.001],改善日常生活自理能力[SMD=1.03,95%CI(0.83~1.24),P<0.001],改善左室射血分数[SMD=2.41,95%CI(0.90~3.91),P=0.002],减少住院天数,促进心律失常的恢复,缓解焦虑和抑郁。结论协同护理模式可以有效地提高心内科患者的自我护理能力,改善心脏功能,促进康复。Objective To evaluate the influence of collaborative care model on self-care ability of patient in department of cardiology. Methods Randomized controlled trials that compared the influence of collaborative care model with traditional care on self-care ability of patient in department of cardiology,were searched in Pub Med,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CNKI,CBM,Wanfang database. Literature selection and data extraction were conducted according to the inclusion criteria. The quality of included studies was assessed by using Cochrane handbook for systematic reviews of intervention. Results Totally 15 randomized controlled trials and 1966 patients were involved. Meta analysis showed that collaborative care model can improve patients self care ability[SMD = 2. 38,95% CI（ 1. 59 - 3. 16）,P 0. 001],improve the ability of daily life[SMD =1. 03,95% CI（ 0. 83 - 1. 24）,P 0. 001],and LVEF[SMD = 2. 41,95% CI（ 0. 90 -3. 91）,P = 0. 002],reduce the length of inpatient time and anxiety and depression,compared with the conventional care. Conclusion Collaborative care model can effectively improve self-care ability of patient in department of cardiology,improve cardiac function,promote the recovery.
