摘 要:目的通过元分析的方法探索中国医学生心理健康状况与人格特征的相关性。方法在Pub Med、中国知网、万方数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库中检索有关中国医学生心理健康状况与人格特征相关性研究的文献,按纳入/排除标准进行文献筛选、资料收集后,采用Comprehensive MetaAnalysis Version 2.0软件进行分析。结果最终基于16项研究的元分析结果显示,SCL-90总均分与艾森克人格问卷的外倾性维度呈弱负相关(r=-0.26,95%CI:-0.33^-0.18),与神经质呈中等程度正相关(r=0.47,95%CI:0.27~0.64),与精神质呈弱正相关(r=0.28,95%CI:0.21~0.34)。SCL-90其他因子中,抑郁(r=0.47,95%CI:0.41~0.54)、焦虑(r=0.46,95%CI:0.39~0.51)、敌对(r=0.42,95%CI:0.35~0.48)和精神病性(r=0.43,95%CI:0.38~0.48)均与神经质呈中等程度正相关;其余因子与外倾性、神经质、精神质呈弱相关或极弱相关。结论心理健康状况与人格特征存在一定的相关性。可用医学生的人格特征作为参考依据,有针对性、有侧重点地去开展医学生心理健康教育。Objective To investigate the correlation between mental health and personality characteristics of Chinese medical students by meta-analysis. Methods PubMed, China National Knowledge Internet, Wanfang, and China Biology Medicine databases were searched. After studies screening, selection and data extraction, meta-analysis was conducted using Comprehensive Meta Analysis software. Results Based on analysis of 16 eligible studies, there was a weak negative correlation between total mean score of SCL-90 and the dimension extraversion of EPQ (r=-0.26,95%CI:-0.33^-0.18), a moderate positive correlation for neuroticism of EPQ (r=0.47, 95%CI:0.27~0.64), and a weak positive correlation for pschoticism of EPQ (r=0.28,95%CI:0.21~0.34). Four factors of SCL-90were moderately correlated to neuroticism of EPQ: depression (r=0.47,95%CI:0.41~0.54), anxiety (r=0.46,95%CI:0.39~0.51), hostility (r=0.42,95%CI:0.35~0.48), and psychoticism (r=0.43, 95%CI:0.38~0.48), respectively. The rest factors of SCL-90 were really weakly correlated to extraversion, neuroticism and psychoticism of EPQ. Conclusions There is a certain correlation between mental health and personality characteristics. Mental health education of Chinese medical students can be carried out with pertinence and emphasis based on their personality characteristics.
