血清PCT及IL-6在新生儿细菌感染诊断及预后评估中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清PCT及IL-6在新生儿细菌感染诊断及预后评估中的应用价值。方法选取医院2015年6—12月新生儿120例为研究对象,其中肺炎患儿60例为试验组,非感染性疾病患儿60例为对照组。均采用电化学发光法测定血清PCT及IL-6水平,并评价其诊断价值。结果试验组PCT、IL-6水平均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后PCT、IL-6水平明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PCT>0.5 ng/ml,其曲线下面积为0.896,敏感度为95.64%,特异度为66.73%;PCT>2 ng/ml,其曲线下面积为0.926,敏感度为84.46%,特异度为93.31%;IL-6>84.5 pg/ml值,其曲线下面积为0.895,敏感度为77.86%,特异度为86.74%。结论血清PCT及IL-6可作为临床诊断新生儿细菌感染的有效方法,对患儿早期细菌感染性疾病的发现及早期治疗有着重要意义。Objective To explore the application value of srum PCT and il -6 in neonatal bacterial infection diagnosis and prognosis assess-ment. Methods From June 2015 to December 2015 , 120 cases of newborn as the research object , including 60 children with neonatal pneumonia ca-ses as the experimental group , non - infectious disease newborn 60 cases as control group The serum PCT and il -6 levels of neonatal bacterial infec-tion were determined by electrochemiluminescence method and its diagnostic value was evaluated. Results The level of PCT and il -6 in the experi-mental group was higher than that in the control group , and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05） . After treatment , PCT and il -6 levels were significantly lower than those before treatment , and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05） . PCT 〉0.5 ng/ml value , the area under its curve was 0. 896 , the sensitivity was 95.6% , and the specificity was 66.7 3 % . PCT 〉2 ng/ml value , the area under its curve was 0.926 , the s n s i- tivity was 84.46% , and the specificity was 93. 31%. IL - 6 〉 84. 5 pg/ml , the area under its curve was 0. 895 , the sensitivity was 77. 86% and the speci-ficity was 86. 74%. Conclusion Serum PCT and il - 6 can be used as an effective method to diagnose bacterial infection in newborns, and it is of great significance for early detection and early treatment of early bacterial infections in children.
