近十年我国工业遗产的研究进展和展望

摘　　要：随着经济的转型,国内涌现出一定的闲置工业建筑和产业遗存,因此,越来越多的学者和研究机构投入到工业遗产的研究中来。自2006年后,工业遗产研究进入主题化研究阶段,最大的特征是朝着"体验"的主题方向发展,摆脱了单一博物馆再利用模式,走向了多元综合的工业遗产旅游开发,形成了一些"精细化"的研究方向,也出现了多学科研究方法协同的发展趋势。但研究工作还存在学科构成单一、研究对象时空分布不均衡、工业遗产管理研究不足的问题。在指出未来工业遗产研究发展的方向后,反思研究工作如何能够在商业过度复制的"绅士化"背景下平衡各方权益,从而为解决工业遗产保护与再利用的现实问题提供科学依据。With the transformation of economy, more and more industrial buildings are being turned into industrial heritages in China. Therefore, protection and reuse of industrial heritage have attracted the interests of scholars and governments of different levels in recent years. In this paper, we analyzed and summarized industrial heritage research literatures in the past decade, and found that, 1）research of industrial heritage has stepped into a new stage, and the most distinctive characteristics is that it has moved onto a stage that ＂experience＂ are emphasized, and 2）the reuse of industrial heritage has changed from the only way of museum model to the diversified industrial heritage tourism; 3）the research of industrial heritage is still simple,some fields,like the research on industrial heritage management is insufficient. Finally, we pur forward some suggestions on how to balance the rights and interests industrial heritage protection and reuse.
