摘  要:运用MIKE平台建立杜家台蓄洪区行洪道MIKE11一维河道模型,模拟并分析了红星垸堤刨毁前后的分洪道行洪能力。同时搭建MIKE21分洪区二维模型,并利用MIKE FLOOD动态耦合一、二维模块,以此为平台研究杜家台分蓄洪区分蓄汉江夏、秋洪水与长江洪水时的调度工况。结果表明:红星垸堤刨毁后分洪道宽度增加,显著降低了该处分洪道上游的洪水水位,提高了分洪道分洪能力;汉江低量级来水情况下,杜家台只需运用南区1~4垸分洪,而高量级来水下杜家台需运用1~7垸分洪;长江分洪时,处于下游的第6垸分洪能力显著,最终可解除第7、9垸的风险,只需运用1~6垸。现有防洪工程中第5、6垸分洪速度较慢且分洪量小,而处于最上游的第2垸分洪量大且分洪较快,导致与其相临的1~4垸洪水超高,危及7、9垸,故7、9垸堤顶亟待加高,同时5、6垸分洪能力需要增强。This paper established a MIKE11 based on floodway model to simulate and anaylze the flood discharge capacity before and alter the Hongxing embankment had been demolished. Then we built a MIKE21 based on flood diversion area model and made the MIKE FLOOD module couple floodway and flood diversion area model. Based on this coupled model, we studied the dispatching operation and diverting and storing ability of Dujiatai flood detention area when divert and store the excessive flood from the Han jiang River in summer and autumn and the excessive flood from theYangtze River. The results show that when the Hongxing embankment demolished, the flood-diversion channel be-comes broaden and water levels of upper reaches of flood-diversion channel become lower, which can enhance the flood discharge capacity ; when the inflow of Han jiang River is small, polder construction of 1 -4 will be submerged, while for serious floods, polder construction of 1-7 will be submerged; when dividing the flood of Yangtze River,the polder construction of 1 -6 is enough to store this flood. Based on practi-cal engineering, we can found that the flood discharge of 5 and 6 polder construction is small and slow while the polder construction of 2 loca-ted upstream divides flood quickly and heavily which makes the water levels of 1-4 polder construction rise and brings hidden troubles for the adjacent polder construction of 7 and 9. So, we proposes that we should raise levee of 7 and 9 polder construction and widen the opening of 5 and 6 polder construction.
