摘  要:为更好适应大型渠道衬砌机械化施工需要,以南水北调工程中线、东线渠道衬砌设计方案为例,总结现有典型大型渠道衬砌总体功能、设计依据及典型设计型式。结合某标段大型渠道机械化衬砌施工和渠道运行管理实践,研究了大型渠道机械化衬砌设计方案在渠基排水、分缝设计、防渗设计、防冻胀设计、渠道衬砌板结构设计及附属设施设计等方面存在的若干问题,并提出了相应的优化设计建议,以期为大型渠道机械化衬砌施工提供参考。In order to adapt the large-scale water diversion canal lining construction, taking large canal lining construction projects in the water supply project of South- to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project and East Route Project for an example, this paper summarized the overall functions of channel lining, design plans and several typical design patterns. Combining with the construction of a large-scale canal lining and operation management, it studied several design issues existed during constructions, and put forward the corresponding advices a-bout drainage design of canal foundation, joints design, anti-seepage design, anti-freezing design, structural design of canal lining and ancil-lary facilities to optimize the design plan. Finally, the paper put forward some suggestions to optimize design in channel lining for the next stage.
