Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction on preventing druginduced hepatitis in anti-tuberculosis drugs. Methods From July 2014 to April 2017,100 patients were divided into two groups and received different treatments. The clinical symptoms of GPT,TBAL and hepatitis were analyzed and analyzed after treatment. Results GPT was(42.3±2.8) U/L in the control group and(38.5±2.6) U/L in the experimental group. The analysis was statistically significant(t=7.03,P〈0.01).The TBAL was(22.4±3.1) μmol/L in the control group and(18.2±2.7) μmol/L in the experimental group. The analysis was statistically significant(t=7.22,P〈0.01). The number of patients with jaundice, rib pain, nausea and fatigue was more than that of the experimental group, and the clinical analysis was statistically significant(P〈0.01). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine decoction can effectively prevent liver function in patients with anti-tuberculosis medication, prevent jaundice, rib pain, nausea, fatigue and other clinical symptoms caused by hepatitis. Is conducive to reducing the anti TB drugs on liver damage and maintain the normal application of anti-TB drugs. The treatment is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
