摘　　要：本文回顾了哈尔滨电机厂有限责任公司(简称哈电)发电机定子铁心硅钢片绝缘漆从有机到水溶性半无机的发展历程。研究总结了20世纪50年代的油性硅钢片漆、70年代的浸渍漆、80年代的二甲苯树脂改醇硅钢片漆和水溶性半无机硅钢片漆,以及90年代的新型半无机硅钢片漆的性能和应用效果;对比分析了本世纪初美国杜邦公司的水溶性醇酸硅钢片漆和哈电采用的133C环氧聚酯酚醛半无机硅钢片漆各项参数指标;对哈电近年引进的奥地利伦布兰廷EB5001G水溶性酚醛硅钢片漆进行了重点研究,总结了国产化的成果和经验。研究结果表明,哈电的硅钢片绝缘漆正在逐步向高性能、环保方向的发展。This paper reviews the development of steel sheet varnish used in generator stator ofHarbin Electric Machinery Company Limited （HEC）. Property and application of oily varnish in1950s, impregnating varnish in 1970s, Xylene resin alcohol and water reducible half inorganicsilicon steel sheet varnish in 1990s are researched. Comparative analysis of water-reducible alkydpaint silicon steel sheet of Dupont company of United States and 133C polyester epoxy phenolichalf inorganic silicon steel sheet varnish used by HEC in recent years are carried out. Focus isconcentrated on the research of phenolic resin introduced from Austria. Achievement andexperience of localization are also summarized. Results show that the steel sheet varnish appliedby HEC is progressing toward good performance and environmental friendly.
