摘 要:针对某丘陵山地拖拉机车身调平的功能要求,设计了一种可以实现车身姿态自调整的调平液压系统。结合丘陵山地拖拉机车身调平控制方法与策略,运用AMESim对调平液压系统进行建模,分析了车身调平液压系统动态工作过程,得到了该液压系统中调平液压缸内流量、压力,液压缸活塞杆位移、速度等曲线。由仿真结果可知,在横坡倾角≤15°工况下车身调平液压系统的响应速度、稳定性能够满足工作要求,验证了所设计的丘陵山地拖拉机调平液压系统具有良好的工作性能。According to the functional requirements of the automobile body leveling in hilly mountain tractor, a leveling hydraulic system is designed to realize the self-adjustment of automobile body posture. In combination with the control method and strategy of automobile body leveling in the hilly mountain tractors, AMESim is applied to establish the hydraulic system model and the dynamic process of the leveling hydraulic system is analysed. The dynamic curves for flow and pressure of the leveling hydraulic cylinder in hydraulic system and the dynamic curves for displacement and velocity of piston rod in hydraulic cylinder are obtained. Based on the simulation results, it can be concluded that the response speed and stability can satisfy the working requirements under the cross slope less than or equal to 15 degrees conditions, it is proved that the hilly mountain tractor leveling hydraulic system has a good working performance.
