温州城中村村民就业的调查与分析

摘　　要：城中村村民就业问题事关城中村能否顺利改造及影响社会和谐稳定。选取温州市3个城中村进行调查,结果表明,城中村村民在就业过程中,面临竞争压力大、就业保障缺失、就业技能低、就业动机不强烈等问题。为确保城中村顺利改造,促进社会和谐稳定,必须加强村民就业技能培训,改变村集体经营管理模式,建立新型社区,转变村民就业观念。The employment of villages-within-city villagers involves the smooth transformation of villages within city and affects social harmony.The paper investigates three villages within city in Wenzhou,and the result shows that in the process of employment,villages-within-city villagers face a great pressure without employment guarantee,have low employment skills,and their employment motivations are not strong.To assure the smooth transformation of villages within city,and promote social harmony,it is necessary to strengthen the training of their employment skills,to change the mode of village collective management,to create new-type community,and to transform their employment attitude.
