摘　　要：学术期刊的发展目前遭遇了国际化、数字化、办刊理念、办刊结构等诸多瓶颈,其关键还在于期刊自身怎样认识和有效打破的问题。《新疆师范大学学报》(哲学社会科学版)在一个较短的周期内声誉鹊起,捷报频传,成就了西部期刊的办刊传奇和催生出"新疆师范大学学报现象"。产生这一现象当然与新疆师范大学学报人艰辛的探索、创新、拼搏分不开,但方向比行动更为重要。新疆师范大学学报一个突出的亮点则是秉持和践履了"全球视野、前沿聚焦、问题探究、丝路情怀"的理念,摒弃了办刊结构和内容上的"学科拼盘式"、办刊思想取向和行为上的"等米下锅"两大倾向和路径依赖,真正意义上实现了问题综合和"精米不请自来"的根本转变,走向了专题策划和聚焦传播的通途。Internationalization of the development of academic journal is encountered,digital,the concept and the structure of the bottleneck,the key is how to recognize and effectively break the problem lies in the journal itself.Journal of Xinjiang Normal University（philosophy and social science edition）in a shorter cycle,excellent reputation,good news,achievement of the western journal journal legends and produce the phenomenon of＂Xinjiang Normal University Journal＂.Of course,this phenomenon and Xinjiang Normal University Journal of innovation,exploration,struggle,but the direction is more important than action.Xinjiang Normal University Journal is to uphold and practice the ＂global vision,frontier focus,to explore the feelings,the silk road＂of the concept,slam the door on the structure and content,the thought of subject Pinpanshi orientation and behavioral tendency of＂meters such as the pot＂two big and path dependence,in the true sense to the composite and the problem of refined rice uninvited.
