摘　　要：生活质量一直以来都是脑瘫患儿康复过程中的重要关注问题,是所有健康干预手段的终极目标。对中轻度脑瘫患儿的生活质量进行现状描述,并且,分别从个体、家庭和社会三个层面,阐述如何提升中轻度脑瘫患儿的生活质量。在此基础上,通过恰当的心理干预方法,配合康复项目来改善患儿的大脑功能,并使用音乐配合的抚触疗法、沙盘疗法、亲子游戏三种方法对中轻度脑瘫患儿进行心理干预。试图为患儿生活质量的提升提供有效的心理干预手段,促使患儿能够最大限度地获得生活、学习和社会交往的能力。Quality of life is an important issue in the rehabilitation process of children with mild to moderate cerebral palsy.Its also a ultimate goal of health interventions.First of all,this paper describes the quality of lifes characteristics of mild to moderate cerebral palsy;secondly,from three aspects,it includes individual,family and society.Then the paper discusses how to improve the quality of life of children with mild cerebral palsy.Finally,this paper analyzes the effect of psychological interventions on the quality of life for children with cerebral palsy.The purpose is to provide effective psychological intervention for enhancing the quality of life in children with mild to moderate cerebral palsy.
