摘 要:本文采用复合矿化剂技术以及采用高碱度系数和高铁配料,研究制备了C_3S型硫铝酸盐水泥熟料,并对制成水泥的性能进行了初步的研究。研究结果表明:通过复合矿化剂技术、采用高碱度系数和高铁配料,能够实现低温、高SO_3条件下C_3S与C_4A_3S的共存以制备C_3S型硫铝酸盐水泥熟料;不同于传统的C_2S型硫铝酸盐水泥,C_3S型硫铝酸盐水泥除了具有快凝、快硬、早强的特点外,还具有强劲的后期强度增长特点,为低品位铝矾土或高铝工业废渣的利用奠定了基础。By means of compound mineralizer technology and raw meal proportion with high alkalinity coefficient and high iron, the C3S type sulphoaluminate cement clinker was prepared, and the properties of C3S type sulphoaluminate cement were preliminarily studied. The results indicated that C3S type sulphoaluminate cement could be prepared with above techniques while C3S and C4A3S coexisted under condition of low temperature and high SO3. The C2S type sulphoaluminate cement, which is different from traditional C2S type sulphoaluminate cement, has powerful increment of long-term strength besides characters like quick setting, quick hardening, high early strength. It establishes the basis for the utilization of low- grade bauxite and high alumina industrial waste slag.
