含氯消毒剂标准物质的制备及均匀性不确定度评定

摘　　要：目的研制含氯消毒剂标准物质,并评价其均匀性不确定度。方法通过研磨过筛和干燥工艺制备含氯消毒剂标准品,再经理化分析方法确认。结果选取二氯异氰尿酸钠粉剂为原料,经过研磨过筛和干燥工艺制备的含氯消毒剂标准品性能稳定,确定有效氯含量质量分数为64.3%,包装瓶间不确定度分量为0.16%。该含氯消毒剂标准品粒径及包装对原料均匀性及稳定性没有影响,水分能够影响原料均匀性。结论本研究确定制备含氯消毒标准物质的方案,制得标准物质均匀性良好。Objective To prepare the reference material of the available chlorine disinfectant and to evaluate the homogeneity of samples. Methods The samples were grinded,sieved and dried to obtain the reference material of the available chlorine disinfectant and were confirmed by physical and chemical analysis method. Results Sodium dichloroisocyanurate was used to prepare stable reference material of the available chlorine disinfectant by grinding,sieving and drying. The content of available chlorine of obtained samples was 64. 3% and the uncertainty component of packaging bottles＇ homogeneity was 0. 16%. Particle size and package didn＇t affect the homogeneity and stability,water could influence the homogeneity.Conclusion The scheme of preparing the reference material of the available chlorine disinfectant is determined and the reference material prepared has good homogeneity.
