消化内镜腔细菌生物膜有效清除方法

摘　　要：目的评价消化内镜腔生物膜清除方法与效果。方法建立人工生物膜模型,通过电镜扫描和细菌定量检测方法,观察2 000 mg/L过氧乙酸、5 500 mg/L邻苯二甲醛和20 g/L戊二醛等3种消毒剂以及碱性清洗剂、去生物膜清洗剂及常规多酶清洗剂等清洗剂对生物膜的清除效果。结果过氧乙酸消毒剂清除生物膜合格率最高,为100.0%;戊二醛清除效果最差,合格率为33.3%。碱性含酶清洗剂清除生物膜效果最好,各种清洗剂的生物膜清除率随温度升高而增加,40℃时均可达到95.0%以上。结论消化内镜生物膜清除困难,需科学选择和正确使用清除方法,过氧乙酸可快速清除生物膜。Objective To evaluate the removal method and efficacy for digestive endoscopic biofilm. Methods To evaluate the removal efficacy of different detergents and disinfectants on digestive endoscopic biofilm by establishing the biofilm model through the electron microscope scanning and the bacteria counting method. Results All disinfectants had better removal effects for endoscopic biofilm. Among which peracetic acid had the highest removal effect with 100%,while the glutaraldehyde had the lowest removal effect with 33. 3%. The removal effect of using detergents alone on endoscopic biofilm was limited,while that of using the alkaline detergent containing enzyme cleaning agent was the better. The biofilm removal effect of cleaning agent increased with the temperature increased,and the removal effect could reach 95% above at 40℃.Conclusion It is difficult to clean the endoscopic biofilm. It＇s hard to work by using detergents only,while the peracetic acid can remove the biofilm quickly.
