摘 要:目的比较不同采样方法对层流洁净手术室空气细菌总数动态变化趋势的监测结果,为层流洁净手术室空气动态采样方法的选择提供参考数据。方法采用自然沉降法和空气微生物采样器采样法,对某医院层流洁净手术室空气中细菌总数变化趋势进行监测与比较。结果自然沉降法与仪器采样法监测层流洁净手术室手术过程中空气细菌总数呈波浪状变化,两种方法采样所得数据之间的秩相关系数为0.733。提示两种采样方法检出的细菌总数差异有统计学意义,仪器采样法采样得到的细菌总数明显高于自然沉降法。结论两种空气采样方法对手术室空气细菌总数监测结果存在差异,但均能体现其动态变化趋势,仪器采样法更适合手术过程中空气细菌总数的动态监测。Objective To compare the monitoring results of different sampling methods on air bacteria dynamic changes in clean laminar flow operation room,so as to provide reference data for the choice of air dynamic sampling methods for clean laminar flow operation room. Methods By sedimentation method and air planktonic bacteria sampler method,comparing and monitoring the trend of the change on total bacteria count in the air of laminar clean operating room was done. Results The trend of the change on total bacteria count in the air of the course of surgery was like the waves by sedimentation method and air planktonic bacteria sampler method. The rank correlation coefficient between the two methods was 0. 733.The results showed that the total bacteria count detected by two sampling methods was statistically significant,and the total bacteria count sampled by the air planktonic bacteria sampler method was significantly higher than that of the sedimentation method. Conclusion The monitoring results of air bacteria in the operating room by two air sampling methods are different.The two sampling methods can reflect the dynamic trend of the air total bacterial count during the operation. The air planktonic bacteria sampler method is more suitable for the dynamic monitoring of total bacterial count in the operation process.
