摘  要:目的了解医院住院患者血流感染人葡萄球菌临床特点及其耐消毒剂基因携带情况。方法采用回顾性分析方法和基因检测技术,对河北医科大学第二医院住院患者血标本中分离人葡萄球菌及其抗消毒剂基因进行调查与检测。结果连续3年,该医院从患者送检的血标本中共检出病原菌2 897株,其中检出人葡萄球菌596株,占检出病原菌总数的20.57%,标本主要来自各科室重症监护室和呼吸科。所检出的耐甲氧西林人葡萄球菌对抗菌药物耐药率显著高于甲氧西林敏感菌株。从93株血流感染人葡萄球菌中检出32株携带耐消毒剂基因qac A/B,检出率为34.4%。结论该医院住院患者送检血标本中人葡萄球菌检出率最高,严重耐药和抗消毒剂基因检出率均较高。Objective To understand the clinical characteristics and disinfectant resistance gene of hospitalized patients with bloodstream infection by Staphylococcus hominis. Methods The retrospective analysis and gene detection technology were used to investigate and detect the Staphylococcus hominis and disinfectant resistance gene isolated from the blood specimens of hospitalized patients in the second hospital of Hebei Medical University. Results For the three years,there were2 897 pathogens detected from the blood specimens of patients in the hospital. Among them,596 strains of Staphylococcus hominis were detected,that accounted for 20. 57% of total. The specimens were mainly from the Intensive Care Unit and the respiratory department. The drug resistant rate of methicillin resistant Staphylococcus hominis( MRSHO) was significantly higher than that of methicillin sensitive strains. The detection rate of disinfectant resistance gene qac A/B was 34. 4%( 32 of93). Conclusion The Staphylococcus hominis detection rate is the highest in blood specimens of hospitalized patients. Moreover the detection rate of severe drug resistance and disinfectant resistance gene is relatively high.
