摘 要:目的比较臭氧不同作用方式的杀菌效果,为实际消毒应用提供参考。方法采用载体和悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对臭氧气体熏蒸和臭氧水浸泡杀菌效果进行比较观察。结果该臭氧发生器在1 m3密闭箱中产生的臭氧浓度随机器运行时间增加而升高,运行60 min后臭氧浓度超过70 mg/m^3。密闭箱中气体臭氧浓度达到80.86 mg/m^3,作用90 min对载体上大肠杆菌杀灭率为96.90%。水中臭氧浓度为3.0 mg/100ml,作用5 min,对水中大肠杆菌平均杀灭率为99.92%。水中臭氧浓度为20.64 mg/L,作用30 min,对载体上大肠杆菌平均杀灭率为99.91%。结论臭氧气体熏蒸对载体上大肠杆菌杀灭效果较差,对水体中大肠杆菌杀灭效果最好。Objective To compare the germicidal efficacy of different ways of ozone,so as to provide reference for practical disinfection. Methods We compared the germicidal efficacy of ozone gas fumigation and ozone water immersion by the carrier quantitative germicidal test and the suspension quantitative germicidal test methods. Results The ozone concentration increased with the operation time of the random device in the 1 m^3 airtight box,and the ozone concentration was more than70 mg/m^3 after running for 60 min. When the concentration of ozone in the closed tank reached 80. 86 mg/m^3 after running for 90 min,the killing rate of Escherichia coli on the carrier was 96. 90%. When the concentration of ozone in water was3 mg/100 ml after running for 5 min,the average killing rate of Escherichia coli in water was 99. 92%. When the concentration of ozone was 20. 64 mg/L after running for 30 min,the average killing rate of Escherichia coli on the carrier was99. 91%. Conclusion The disinfection effect of ozone gas fumigation on Escherichia coli on carrier is poor,and ozone has the best effect on killing Escherichia coli in water.
