摘　　要：目的了解南昌市各级医疗机构消毒管理与质量现状,提高医疗机构消毒管理水平。方法通过现场抽样和检测方法,对南昌市部分医疗机构消毒质量状况进行调查。结果共抽检南昌市不同级别医疗机构118家,消毒质量合格率分别为三级医院96.60%、二级医院93.78%、二级以下医疗机构88.93%。压力蒸汽灭菌器和无菌器械灭菌合格率均为100.00%,内镜消毒质量合格率为94.19%,医务人员手卫生合格率为93.10%,室内空气质量合格率为83.62%。结论南昌市各级医疗机构消毒质量总体较好,以室内空气卫生质量合格率较低,应加大对基层医疗机构消毒管理力度。Objective To understand the disinfection management and quality situation of medical institutions,and improve the disinfection level. Methods Through field sampling and detecting methods,the disinfection quality of some medical institutions in Nanchang was investigated. Results A total of 118 medical institutions at different levels were investigated. The qualified rates of the third-grade,the second-grade and the under second-grade medical institutions were96. 60%,93. 78% and 88. 93%. The qualified rates of high-pressure sterilizer,and the sterile instruments were 100%,while those of endoscopic,hands of medical personnel and indoor air were 94. 19%,93. 10% and 83. 62%,respectively.Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of medical institutions in Nanchang is better,while the qualified rate of indoor air was relatively low. It was suggested that the disinfection management of primary medical institutions should be increased.
