摘  要:目的了解重庆市市级医院医务人员手机与手的带菌状况,探讨手卫生与手机污染状况的内在关联,为防止和减少院内感染提出有效措施和建议。方法从24家重庆市级医院重点科室选取111名医务人员作为观察对象,调查诊疗活动中手机使用状况;采用拭子涂抹法采集手和手机表面标本并进行细菌分离鉴定。结果部分医务人员存在手清洁消毒后仍使用手机现象。诊疗活动中手表面合格率为42.34%,清洁消毒后手表面合格率98.20%;手机表面合格率为80.18%。手表面检出15种43株潜在致病菌,手机表面检出18种55株潜在致病菌,两者的细菌构成比和检出率一致。同一人手机表面与手表面检出相同潜在致病菌一致性为38.89%。结论诊疗活动中手表面较手机表面污染更严重,两者间可能存在相互污染的情况。医务人员在做好手卫生的同时,应注意手机表面的清洁消毒,杜绝手机成为病原微生物传播媒介。Objective To understand the bacteria on surface of mobile phones and hands of health care workers in municipal hospitals in Chongqing,and to explore the relationship between hands and mobile phones about their pollution,so as to give effective measures and suggestions in order to avoid hands and mobile phones causing nosocomial infection. Methods111 health care workers were randomly selected in the key departments from 24 municipal hospitals in Chongqing to investigate the situation of mobile phone use in the diagnosis and treatment activities. The surface of the mobile phone,the hand surface and the hand surface after cleaning and disinfection were collected by the swab smear method. The total number of colonies and the qualified rate were calculated and compared; the microbes were separated and identified. Results Some health care workers still used their mobile phones after cleaning and disinfecting hands. The qualified rate of hands was42. 34%,and that of hands after cleaning and disinfecting was 98. 20%. The qualified rate of mobile phones was 80. 18%.15 strains of 43 pathogenic bacteria were detected on the surface of hands,and 18 strains of 55 pathogenic bacteria were detected on the surface of the mobile phones. The bacterial composition ratio and the detection rate were the same. The same potential pathogens were detected from the same person mobile phone surface and hand surface with the consistency of38. 89%. Conclusion The disinfection effect of health care workers in municipal hospitals in Chongqing is better. The contamination status of surface of the hands during the diagnosis and treatment activities is more serious than the surface of the mobile phones,and there is possibly mutual pollution between the two sides. Health care workers should do a good job of hand hygiene. At the same time,they should pay attention to clean and disinfect so as to the surface of mobile phones,eliminate the possibility of mobile phone as a pathogen of microbial media.
